Christmas 2016

This post is so late it’s ridiculous, but I wanted to blog it anyway for the memories! This year we attended mass at Sacred Heart with some friends. Kaylie is a little older this year so she was more active & preferred to be on her feet. She was actually very well behaved except for the occasional excited babbles & saying Hi to people lol. After mass we went to eat dinner at Cheesecake Factory with our niece/nephew. It was so cold and there were tons of people! But we eventually got seats, Kaylie fell asleep in my arms for a little bit because mass was during her nap time, but woke up in time just for dinner. img_8627img_2237img_2235img_8620img_2245img_8649

On Christmas Day we started the morning at Phong’s family (dad side) in Rosemead. There were tons of food, opened presents, & we even played a group game together. Things got competitive but we all had a blast, thank you to our cousins Derrick & Vanessa for spearheading the games! img_9336img_9338

We ended the night at my family’s side & ate some more. They waited for us to exchange gifts. For several years now the younger kids have done Secret Santa among themselves, and this is the second year “Kaylie” played. Both years in a row Kaylie drew Jenny, my little sister. She really loved her gifts so I was happy! img_9337img_9339img_9340

Family time is always the BEST time. Hope you had a wonderful holidays!
