Baby Bump

“A mother’s joy begins when new life is stirring inside…when a tiny heartbeat is heard for the very first time, and a playful kick reminds her that she is never alone.” {unknown}

When I first found out, I was already in my 6th week of pregnancy. During the 1st trimester I remembered being so sick. I couldn’t keep anything down, not even water. I tried everything. Saltine crackers & ginger actually made my nausea worse. I threw up so much my face was red from all the broken capillaries. It was rough until I realized that it was all for our baby. I didn’t take many progress photos because I was just constantly tired and miserable, so there was a huge gap of missing photos!

    When the 2nd trimester hit I felt like a brand new person! I had this new surge of energy. I went thru the day without feeling like I had to take a nap. But this was also when I started feeling more dizzy and weak only to find out I am anemic. In addition, I’ve always had low blood pressure & pregnancy accentuates that, so I kept have syncopic episodes. For this reason, I am prone to fainting whenever, wherever. I’m trying my best to fulfill 3-4 liters of water each day, and I don’t go anywhere without someone with me (per my family’s orders). But other than that, our bbygirl is starting to kick up a storm! She responds to noise & music, but she kicks most when I’m lying still at night. I just looooove the feeling. ❤
